1. Take exit #1A onto WA-14 EAST toward CAMAS - go 0.8 mi
2. Take the next exit #1 stay on left lane and you will pass a light under the bridge.
3. Turn left at the next light which will be Grand Blvd.
4. Keep going when road turns right then left going uphill.
5. Turn right at the next light which is Evergreen Blvd.
6. You will see WSD and our SWCDHH sign above the entrance doors where we are located.

Driving from South I-5

1. Take exit #1C / WA-501 toward Mill Plain Blvd
2. Turn left on Mill Plain Blvd
3. Right on Grand Blvd
4. Left on Evergreen Blvd and see our SWCDHH Sign on the right side.
